I take inspiration from every facet of existence, from sad or shameful moments to challenging or proud moments. In a similar way, I have no one idol, but I look up to many around me. It does not matter what their age, gender or race are - what matters to me are their values, thoughts and actions through which these are upheld. A good leader is one who carries the burdens of those they are leading. He/she should exhibit exemplary leadership skills to be a good leader, and he/she should lead through service in addition to understanding the importance of keeping his/her followers motivated. Lastly a good leader is one who does not hesitate to make sacrifices for those they are leading whenever and wherever a situation calls for such a response. ( read more)
